Sandra Jane Howard of Van Buren died Saturday, July 1, 2023 in Fort Smith. She was born November 3, 1957 in Clarksville to Mercein Jackson and Shirley Jane (Baker) Baskin. Sandra lived ten years of her childhood in Korea while her parents were serving as missionaries. She was hardworking, generous and had a very special place in her heart for her grand and great-grandchildren.

She is survived by her father, Jack Baskin and his wife, Shari; two Children, Heidi Parker and Chrystal Stedman; nine grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; one brother, Steve Baskin and wife, Jun and one sister, Vickie Wood.

Sandra is preceded in death by her mother, Shirley Baskin; two sisters, Valerie Baskin and Deborah Lee and one son, Timothy Parker.

Visitation will be 12:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, July 5, 2023 at Roller-Cox Funeral Home in Clarksville. A funeral service will follow at 2:00 p.m. at the funeral home followed by interment at Jackson Cemetery in Ozark. Pastor Steve Baskin will officiate the service. Logan Beneux, Levi Stedman, Dylan Stedman and Milo Parker will serve as casket bearers.
