December 30, 1955 - June 7, 2023

Ernest Lee Wheeler, 67, of Benton, Arkansas passed away June 7, 2023. Born on December 30, 1955, in Little Rock, Arkansas to the late Robert and Clara Wheeler.
Ernest serving his county in the United States Army in 1975 as a marksman. He was a family man and loved his grandbabies very much spending time with them was his greatest pass time. Ernest also loved deer hunting and bass fishing, he even participated in many tournaments over the years.
He is survived by his wife, Patricia Wheeler; children, Billy York, Christine Weeks, Ernest Wheeler Jr., Robert Wheeler (Sandy), Bryan Wheeler (Megan), Steve Wheeler; grandchildren, Brittney, Brandon, Tyler, Rowen, Kade Wheeler, Bruce, Damien, Katlyn Weeks; five great- grandchildren; and a host of other extended family and friends.
Ernest is preceded in death by, his parents, and two brothers, Danny and Arlis Wheeler.
A graveside service will be Wednesday, June 14, 2023, 10:00a.m. at Arkansas State Veterans Cemetery. Visitation will be Tuesday, June 13, 2023, 2:00p.m. to 4:00p.m. at Roller- Alcoa Funeral Home (6700 Alcoa Rd. Benton, Ar. 72015.
