Bobby Ray Traw, 65, of Batesville passed away Saturday, May 27, 2023.

He was born November 21, 1957 in Colorado Springs, Colorado to Clinton Warren Traw and Honey Christophel Traw.

Bobby was a mechanic and train operator at Limedale for several years and retired as a truck driver. He also worked as maintenance at the Hollywood Bowl. He loved his family, especially his grandchildren. He loved to bowl and watch NASCAR; he also enjoyed grilling outdoors and camping.

Survivors include his two sons, Scotty (Sanna) Traw of Litchfield, Illinois and Jeremy (Alyssa) Traw of Batesville; sister, Peggy Traw of Batesville; brother, Perry (Sheri) Traw of Drasco; six grandchildren, Karma, Lucas, Megan, Jackson, Aubrey and Khloe Traw; two nieces, Ashley and Miranda; several cousins and friends and a special friend, Sheila Phillips.

He was preceded in death by his parents and nephew, Perry James Traw.

A private memorial service will be held at a later date.
