Paddy, I remember you most from 128 E 98th Street. When my family moved there, your grand parents took care of the building meticulously. Your parents were so kind to me and to all the many children of the neighborhood. I remember the Leary's Beer Garden downstairs. You have give special meaning to Memorial Day this year. Rest in peace.
MSG Donohue was a great mentor to me and many troops. I was first introduced to him when I was a young Soldier in the 489th EN BN (HHC). As our military careers took us to different places we crossed paths often. We were both assigned to the 90th Sustainment BED and deployed to Iraq together. He will truly be missed. Go rest Old Solder go rest we have your watch now. Go rest in peace.
