Alan Wayne Fields, age 62, of Slidell, Louisiana passed away on Wednesday, May 17, 2023. He was born on Saturday, August 20, 1960 in Helena, Arkansas to the late Aleck Fields and Ginger Ince. Alan was an RN and was very passionate about his career.
Alan is survived by two sons, Nathan Fields of Manila, Arkansas and Chase Fields of Daytona, Florida; three grandchildren Bailey Fields of Sheridan, Arkansas, Natalie Fields of Manila, Arkansas and Bryson Fields of Manila, Arkansas; one great grandchild Emerson of Sheridan, Arkansas; one brother David Chavez of Texarkana, Texas; and one sister Shirley Von Kanel of Lexa, Arkansas.
He is preceded in death by his parents Aleck and Ginger; three sisters Rita Williams, Kay Fields, and Ruby Ann King.
A memorial service will be held Saturday, May 20, 2023 at 1:00 P.M. at Roller-Citizens Funeral Home Chapel in West Helena, Arkansas.
