February 7, 1948 - April 10, 2023

Edith Paulette Wicker, 75, of Fairfield Bay, Arkansas passed away with her family at her side. She was born in Jonesboro, Arkansas to the late Ralph and Ruth (Williams) Childress.

Paulette loved to have family gatherings and loved to cook for them while listening to those old country favorites. She didn't have a lot of friends, but the ones she did have she held close to her heart. She loved collecting various Indian knick knacks and treasures. Her family has lost a lovely lady and she will be missed by all.

Left to cherish her memory are her children, Gary Sours, Tim Sours, Keith Sours (Michaela), Jimmy 'J.R.' Cantrell, Renna Cantrell; life partner, Edward Haggard; grandchildren, Kyle Jacob Sours, Mara Lizabeth Sours, Gary 'Lee' Sours, Katherine 'Katie' Sours, Matthew Sours, Phillip Holena, Kevin Holena, Nicholas 'Nick' Sours, Steven Sours, Jimmy 'Doug' Cantrell III, Alexis Nicole Cantrell, Garrett Abraham Cantrell, Emily Cadence Hughson, Megan Campbell; great grandchildren, Cloe, Jerimiah and Kairi Sours, Jay, Kayla, and Darius Holena, Jayden, Mackenzie and Kaleb Sours, Tynan Campbell, Elias "Eli" and Maddox Ramirez. Jeremy LaMon, Georgia LaMon, Isabella LaMon, Oberyn Cantrell and many extended family and friends.

There will be a graveside service at 2:00PM Monday, April 17, 2023 at the Eglantine Cemetery in Shirley, Arkansas.

Mom, I miss you every day!!! It just isn't the same without the incredible smells coming from the kitchen. There's no more family get togethers now that you're not here. Everyone is just scattered. I wish every day that I could just have one more conversation with you. I know you were ready to go but I sure wasn't. I love you always and thank you for always do your best for all of us!!!
