Rosmarie (Matheis) Beeler, 78, a resident of Magazine went to her heavenly home to be with her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on Sunday, March 26, 2023 in Booneville.
She was born November 10, 1944 in Augsburg, Germany to the late Franz and Rosa (Baumann) Matheis. She married SSG David Beeler on December 29, 1961 in Berlin, Germany. After David's military service, they opened American Fit where Rosmarie served many roles including seamstress and designer. She was a member and leader in the Paint Rock Church. Rosmarie's family will cherish the memories of her as a devoted wife, the best mother and a great Oma. Rosmarie enjoyed spoiling her grandchildren, watching westerns and her animals, especially Hansie.
In addition to her parents, Rosmarie was preceded in death by her husband of 60 years, SSG David Beeler; a daughter, Sharon Bridges; two brothers, Franz Matheis and Harold Matheis; a sister in law, Phyllis Rogers; two great-grandchildren, Melody and Stormie and a nephew, Johnny Rogers.
Survivors include a son, Kenneth Beeler and wife, Walene of Magazine; six daughters, Anita Downs and husband, Dain of Magazine, Vicky Parrish and husband, Glenn of Magazine, Kathy Wootton and husband, Tracy of Magazine, Pam Culver and husband, Bill of Magazine, Lea Anna Whitley and husband, Ronnie of Paris and Becky Beeler of Magazine and fiance, Jeff Smith; fourteen grandchildren, Audra, JoLea, Megan, Shane, Sarai, Carlee, Josh, Tandi, Elisabeth, Caleb, Rachel, McKayla, Ridge and Ryder; six great-grandchildren, Dawson, Colt, Emmett, Ward, Cameron and Jedediah; a sister in law, Rita Matheis of Aystetten, Germany; three nephews, Stephen Rogers, Jurgen Matheis and Udo Matheis and a niece, Rosmarie Seidel.
Viewing hours will be available 1:00 p.m. until 5:00 p.m. Tuesday, March 28, 2023 at Roller Funeral Home in Paris.
The funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, March 29, 2023 at Roller Funeral Home Chapel in Paris with Brother Steve Quick, Brother Bill Culver and Brother Ronnie Whitley officiating. Burial will follow in Barnhill Cemetery near Magazine under the direction of Roller Funeral Home in Paris.
Pallbearers will be Shane Downs, Caleb Beeler, Josh Wootton, Cody Faulkenberry, Darian Wootton, Stephen Rogers, Matt Rogers and Joel Smith. Ridge Whitley, Ryder Whitley, Jurgen Matheis and Udo Matheis will serve as honorary pallbearers.

Mama, this is the second time I have tried to post this. For some reason it didn't go through the first time. I feel your absence so strongly right now. I have found myself every day, thinking: I have to call Mama, I haven't talked to her today. I will miss all of those conversations. Who am I going to talk to, especially on my way to work You always made my day better. I love and miss you so much. I (Rosmarie) remember when I was a child coming to America with my parents to visit my lovely aunt in her adopted country. I enjoyed this stay with my family very much even then - thanks to your welcoming and hearty mother and grandma. I also always tell my children Natascha and Tatjana about our later trip with my husband Wolle with a smile on my lips. All the more, all four of us were pleased to be able to contact you again recently via the Internet.

Dear children and grandchildren, I wish you a lot of strength for the coming time in these difficult days. I grieve with you and miss your mom and grandma just as much. I will miss the regular phone calls with Rosmarie. Your mom and grandma was a very dear woman, I have taken her very much to my heart. Therefore, the sudden death of Rosmarie has hit me very hard. God's Word tells us that, " precious in the sight of the Lord, is the death of his saints" It is painful and hard for us to understand on this side all that happens but we will understand it better by and by! Praying for all the family during this unexpected time of sorrow and grief. Thankfully, we sorrow not as others that have no hope. Knowing that Heaven is near and a reunion is sure.
