I was friends with Richard and his mom and husband Dave many moons ago. And of course bob. I am so sorry to hear of the news! And even more so I regret that somehow we all lost contact. Ill see you in heaven brother. Pat I'm so sorry honey I know words cannot express the pain you must feel. God bless you and I'll pray for peace for you and the family. I missed you then and I'll miss you now.
I was sad to hear about Richard's passing. Although we lost touch over the years, we had some good times back in the 90's. Rest in peace, my friend.
Rest in peace my Friend.
I love this man to death he always encouraged me no matter what I was doing while I was working in the travel Department. He was fun to be with and a delight to know rest in peace my friend you deserve it!
I just came across this news today and feel so shocked and saddened to see this. Richard and I worked at Dillard's Travel for many years and he was kind enough to dog sit at my house on several occasions. I considered him a good friend even though we hadn't kept in touch as often as I wish we had. RIP my friend. So sorry Emily and Abby. God Bless
Well I've known Richard (Homeboy) for over 30 years. There's so much to say about our friendship and good times we had together. As his obituary says he liked Darts, Bowling and Golf. I was lucky enough to be a part of all of those with him. Jan and I were so fortunate we got to spend a week together on cruise to Mexico last December. He loved Costa Maya and the golf cart ride to the beach. I'll miss his smile, friendship and that little bit of sarcasm. I knew if I ever needed him, he would always be there. AND one of his favorite sayings "Peace Brother".
Richard was one of the kindest people I have ever known. He was so authentic, interesting and smart. I loved having a conversation with him because I always learned something new. And what a sharp sense of humor! I am so thankful for the time I got to spend with him in December on the cruise to Mexico. He always made me feel welcome as part of his family and their celebrations. He was such a great dad to his two beautiful daughters. He was so proud of them. I will miss him terribly.
Richard, you were the love of my life.💘 Thank you for being a wonderful husband & the most amazing father to our sweet girls. We will miss you forever. Love you honey.
I miss you and love you to the moon and back, Dad❤️

I am going to miss my bro. He was a good friend. Thoughts and prayers are with the family.
Rest in peace to Richard he was my brother from another mother. He was such a great friend and supervisor to all of us at Arvest Bank. To Emily and Abby he was so proud of you both. He will be sadly missed by all of our customers and associates at Arvest Bank. 💔🙏🏻💔
Condolences to the family , our thoughts and prayers are with you. We are sorry to hear about Richard's passing. Richard and I are the same age and only two weeks apart and he would tease me and call me old lady because I was the oldest. I am glad to know him for many years.
I was shocked and sadden to hear of Richard’s passing. I worked with “Ricky” at Dillard’s Travel and let me say there was never a dull moment in the office. Continued thoughts and prayers to Emily, Abby, and Pat. May you rest in love and peace.
Loved Richard…..In high school at Beebe, we used to ‘cruise’ the Sonic together and talk. He was always witty and enjoyable.
Richard was the best supervisor I have ever had. He truly believed in me and would tell me all the time how proud he was and how great I was doing with Arvest. He was so encouraging to all of us and never judged us for our flaws. He wanted us to do what we wanted and was there to support us through it all. Not seeing him walk through the door with his sunglasses on, a bag in hand, and a peace sign in the other, is hard, but I know he is at peace and still will be with us in our hearts. My condolences to the family. May he rest in peace.

I am so sorry to hear of Richard’s sudden passing. My condolences to his family. He was an old friend and I will miss him.
I was so very saddened upon hearing this devastating news! I personally ALWAYS called him Richard. My last 3 years of high school were NEVER boring and I believe it was because I had 3 of the best buddies EVER! Tom Flynn, Richard and Bob. Not lying were they funny, but they were extremely bright and witty. They were very protective of me because I was married to my husband(Randy) . Since he had already graduated, the 3 cousins made sure they had my back! We had a blast. I lost touch with em as many do once they graduate high school and only reconnected with Bob about 4 yrs ago. He was living in California and recently passed away as well. Prayers for their families and friends. They were really some of the BEST FRIENDS EVER!!!🙏🙏✌️✌️
My prayers are with his family, friends and fellow co-workers. You will be missed.
Richard was a great guy , sure will miss your mashed potatoes!! Rest in peace sweet brother in law
Sad to hear this news. I have known Richard for a very long time. Played several rounds of golf, many cookouts and a billion laughs. A man that truly loved his girls and was always proud of them. Rest in piece my friend. Forever will the days be warm, tees be soft, greens be fast, brews be cold.
Richard is a valuable member of our family. We loved him and knew what a wonderful Dad, Son and friend he was to all.As his Mother in law I always appreciated how he kept his little family together and made sure he was there for them no matter what. Even though he and Misty divorced Years ago, neither even re-married and always had bond and raised their girls together to be fine young ladies. We will miss you forever, Richard.
I feel blessed to have had the opportunity to have known him. The world has lost a kind and generous soul. His presence will be missed.
Richard 47 years of friendship. My heart hurts so much knowing that I no longer talk with you. I pray for your family to get through this difficult time. I am so grateful for Emily who has shared with me our last texts. Yes, I unknowingly deleted them. My condolences to everyone. You will never be forgotten. I'll always have the rose garden.
