Jason Derek Stiles, 15, of Maumelle, Arkansas and student at Maumelle Charter entered God's Eternal Kingdom on March 9, 2023. Derek was born in Little Rock, Arkansas on July 28, 2007 to Kipp and Stephanie Stiles and his big brother, Josh. He accepted Christ and was baptized on June 18th, 2017. Derek was always a "kid at heart" with bright blue eyes and a contagious smile. He had a love for others, especially little kids and animals. Derek was blessed with a servant's spirit, except when it came to cleaning his room. He loved fishing, band, bowling, playing games and anything related to computers.
Derek leaves to cherish his memories parents, Kipp & Stephanie Stiles and brother, Josh of Maumelle, Arkansas; grandparents, Connie & Richard Buller of Conway, Arkansas; Ken Fields of Columbia, Missouri; Carol Stiles of Edmond, OK; Jay Stiles of Bonham, Texas; aunts, Andrea Fields of Jacksonville, Florida; Katie Sheffield of New Castle, OK and Shelly Hill of Savoy, TX; uncles, Eric (Tamme) Buller of Hutchinson, KS and Mike Neasbitt of Bonham, TX; cousins, Charlotte & Damon Wanser of Jacksonville, FL; Grant & Nick Sheffield of Edmond, OK and Brianna Buller of Hutchinson, KS.
Pallbearers are Grant Sheffield, Nick Sheffield, Gabe Tinnon, Eli Rodriguez, Adam Buchanan and Peyton Johnson.
Visitation will be Thursday, March 16 from 5:00-7:00 p.m. and the Memorial Service is Friday, March 17 at 10:00 a.m. Both will be held at Parkway Place Baptist Church, 300 Parkway Place Drive, Little Rock AR 72211. Burial will be at Riverwood Memorial Gardens in Maumelle, Arkansas.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to either Maumelle Charter Music Society (please mark for instrument donation), 35 Ozark Drive, Maumelle, AR 72113 or Youth Home at YouthHome.org
Derek treasured his time in band and would be elated for people to help Mrs. Pool and the band. Youth Home is an amazing facility that helps teens with emotional issues.

Derek it's been 4 long months since you've been away. You are so missed and still so loved I prayer for your mother father and brother every night to find peace with this I know it's not easy for them but comfort is what they need you're still so amazing your memory is still so much alive your parent will never let anyone forget you!! I wasn't the closest with Derek, I would say acquaintance, but I bowled with him almost every practice and we got to know each other during the Conference Tournament. He was an amazing kid.
