Beloved Wife, Mother, Grandmother, (Lollie), Sister and Aunt, Tonya Carter Milam of Benton, Arkansas died March 4, 2023.
She was born, June 21, 1967 to parents, Dee Wayne Carter and Pat Ann Malone. Since the age of eighteen, Tonya was a licensed hair stylist and colorist her entire working career. Her faith was not of this world, but in her Heavenly Father.
She was preceded in death by her loving mother and father. Survivors include her husband of 30 years, Eddie Milam; her son, David Dove and wife, Amanda; grandchildren, Avery and Henley; her twin sister, Sonya Goforth and husband, David; numerous nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews, along with numerous other relatives and friends.

A Memorial Service will be held at Roller-Alcoa Funeral Home (6700 Alcoa Rd. Benton, Arkansas) on Friday, March 10, 2023 at 11AM with a Visitation starting an hour prior to service.

Tonya was my sweet friend. We enjoyed each others company during 9th grade. Because of her I watched Romeo and Juliet 4 times during study hall while Mrs Vaughn was showing it. She broke in a pair of loafers for me that were too tight across the toes. After her wearing them for a week they were a perfect fit! We camped together had sleepovers and figured out how to get through our 9th grade year together. I will always remember fondly the fun we had together.

Tonya was one of a kind and the best hair stylist and colorist around. She was always quick to offer compliments and hugs along with the words, "I love you". She made a promise to me that if she made it to heaven before I did, that when I arrived, she would fix my hair. We had a good laugh about that! She will definitely be missed but I know she is feeling so much better now. Rest in peace sweet lady.
