Raymond Earl Bruce passed away on March 2, 2023 at the age of 79. Raymond was born in Wilson, AR on August 7, 1943.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Earl and Opal Bruce; one brother, Ray Bruce and two sons, Neil and Paul Bruce.
Survived by one sister, Jeanette Martin of Murfreesboro, TN. Three sons, Wendell (Robin) Bruce of Texarkana, AR, Malcolm Bruce of West Memphis, AR and Bryant Bruce of Guion, AR. Four grandchildren, Taylor Bruce, Earl Bruce, Addie Bruce and Duncan Robbins. Two great grandchildren, Caleigh Ann Bruce and Rhett Robbins.
Raymond was a member of Angel's Way Baptist Church on Marion, AR and a retiree of Mapco Petroleum in Memphis, TN. He graduated from West Memphis High School in 1961 and from Arkansas State University Jonesboro in 1967 with a degree in Chemistry.
Pastor Matthew Kerley will be presiding over the service. Flowers are gratefully declined.
NOTE- Due to impending weather conditions, the service which was originally scheduled to be held at the pavilion on the grounds of Crittenden Memorial Park will now be held in the chapel of Roller-Citizens. Service time remains the same.

I knew Raymond when attending Cornerstone Baptist. Raymond would always greet me and make me feel welcome at church. I always enjoyed seeing him and talking to him. Barbara would always say “ Everyone Loves Raymond†when she would see him. May the Lord comfort all his loved ones in the days ahead.
