Norma Sue Rouse, 80, of Walnut Ridge, AR passed away February 11, 2023 at Lawrence Hall Nursing Center. She was born to Burley and Mary Watkins of Jonesboro. Norma was a homemaker and she frequented flea markets and was an avid wrestling fan.
Norma is preceded in death by her loving husband of 34 years, James Robert Rouse; a daughter, Frances Sue; her parents; a son, James Robert Rouse Jr and a brother, Burley Watkins Jr.
Left behind to cherish her memory is a son, Marvin Rouse; grandchildren, Marvin Rouse Jr. and wife, Jessica, Mitch Rouse his wife, Alley, Jeffrey Rouse his wife, Missy, James Rouse III, Clay Northcut and Chancy Clay McNair his wife, Courtney; great grandchildren, Peyton, Palmer, Aria, Reese Ellis, Jeffrey Jr., Jared, Regan, Corwin and Chase; brothers, William Watkins and Dennis Watkins and sisters, Burlene and Edna.
The family will receive friends 1:00 pm Thursday, February 16, 2023 at Roller-Farmers Union Funeral Home, 1900 West Washington Avenue in Jonesboro, with services to follow at 2:00pm with Bill Legere officiating. Burial will follow at Nettleton Cemetery.
