Dorothy McInteer, 84, of Turrell passed away February 6, 2023 at the Three Rivers Nursing Home in Marked Tree, Arkansas. She was born August 19, 1938 in Tyronza, Arkansas to Ben and Notra Jones.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
Dorothy is survived by her sons, Jack Peden and Bruce Peden; daughters, Martha Nash and Jeanette Peden and many grandchildren; great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.
Funeral services will be 11:00 AM Monday, February 13, 2023 at Barton Chapel Baptist Church, 189 Barton Road, Tyronza, Arkansas with Kirk Martin officiating. Burial will follow at Crittenden Memorial Park in Marion.
Visitation will precede the service beginning at 10:00 AM at the church.
Honored to serve as pallbearers will be Patrick, Timmy, Mike, Cody, Buddy and Dustin.
Arrangements are under the direction of Roller-Citizens Funeral Home of West Memphis.

I am Ruth Wright's daughter. Mrs. Dee and my mom were roommates at the nursing home. They were perfect for each other. My mom was so much more settled after they became roommates. I always enjoyed visiting with Mrs. Dee. She was such a kind Southern lady. She will be greatly missed. Your family is in my prayers.
