Cloyd, Tracy, Michael, and Lara,

B.K. was such a good, fun friend! We had lots of fun growing up, and then, when we went to Conway to school, B. K. had a car. We would ride home on weekends with her, and we always looked forward to going back to college because Vonita would have made a German Chocolate cake for B. K. to share. She was also a special lady with a wonderful "gift of gab". There was never a dull moment! I have missed seeing her over the years but have many memories of good times. You all are blessed to have a multitude of memories, too. Keep them close, and she will be close, too. I will keep you all in my prayers and be thankful for her friendship.

Tracy, Michael and Lara, I am so sorry about your mothers passing. I always enjoyed spending time with your mom and dad when they came to Kansas City. We never got to be together enough through our lives. I am really looking forward to being in Heaven someday with all the saints. Stay close to your dad and comfort him. He is sure going to need it for a long while. Cloyd, lean on Jesus. Love you.

Family, prayers for you during this difficult time. I know you will miss her terribly. Thankful I was able to see her and visit a little back in September at the Clark cousin reunion. I won’t be able to be there Saturday, but please know I am thinking of you. ♥️

So sorry, my condolences. Betty and I were running buddies back in the day. When we moved here in 1973 she helped me get acquainted and make friends. Always beautiful and interesting as she was so talented in her sewing and many other things....and she had beautiful singing voice. A person to admire and love.

"Mrs. B" was such a lovely lady. She had the most beguiling smile and the best sense of humor. When I think of the times we were with her I think it was her grace, style and beauty that always struck me. She always looked stunning, no matter the occasion. I recall sitting with her at brunch in a Houston restaurant. A tall, handsome, older man stopped briefly at our table and bent over to whisper something in her ear as he was leaving. When he left we all looked at her, wondering what this stranger had said. She told us he said that he thought her hair was beautiful. Then she put her hand to the side of her mouth and stage-whispered, "It's a wig." We all laughed. That was Mrs. B. So much style, grace and beauty along with a wicked sense of humor. She will be greatly missed.
