Angel is survived by his wife of 21 years, Debora Munoz; his children, Edina Young (Tim Young), Michael Munoz, Audrey Munoz, Joshua Parker (Brittany Herron), Jeremy Parker (Ashley Kinney), Jessica Brown (Andrew Brown); 7 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren. Siblings, Alice Munoz, Evelyn Pizarro (Jose Pizarro), Gilbert Munoz (Marianne Munoz), Micky Munoz and Louisa Stelley (Karol Stelley).

Angel was preceded in death by his father, Angel Loius Munoz and his mother, Illuminada Gonzales Munoz.

Angel Munoz graduated from Burgard Vocational High School in Buffalo, New York. He then went on to join the Air Force and rose to the rank of Staff Sergeant and served honorably. Upon his discharge, he joined the Kansas National Guard, then went on to become a helicopter mechanic. He retired from Federal Express after 30 years of service with the company. His entire aviation career spanned 50 years.

Angel will be cremated. In lieu of flowers, the family requests instead, that a donation be made in his honor, to your local veterans' support organization or the American Diabetes Association.

A Memorial Visitation will be held in the Chapel of Roller Citizens Funeral Home on January 11, 2023 from 2:00 pm 4:00m pm and A Celebration of Life immediately following at Marion First Baptist Church.

I am shocked just happened to go onto facebook tonight. I worked many years with Angel and were friends I happy knowing he did get to retire and he is another of many lost mechanic friends we have lost in years past.
