Janis Maurine Willmann passed away on January 1, 2023 she was 83 years old. Janis was born to Jesse and Dorothy Sutton on June 27, 1939 in Idabel, Ok. She graduated from East Central High School. After her school years she worked as a cashier at Warehouse Market and married the love of her life, Raymond Willmann, on December 2nd 1967. The two lived in Owasso for a short time and then settled down and made their home in Driggs, Arkansas. She moved to Inola to be with her family after Raymond passed away in 2013.
She had a passion for music and loved to sing. She even produced a record in the mid 60s. Janis was a bowler, avid bird watcher and even a fantastic cook. She also loved to crochet, sew, work in her garden and flower beds.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Jesse and Dorothy Sutton; husband, Raymond Willmann; brothers, Henry Sutton and Jesse Sutton; sister, Ann Crick and one grandchild, Amanda Johnson.
Janis is survived by her daughter, Molly Farrier and husband, Robert; step daughters, Sherry Enkey and husband, Everett and Ray Wallace; sister, Lynn Sutton; grandchildren, David Johnson, Linda Teaff and husband, Derek, Michael Farrier and wife, Ashley, Curtis Enkey and wife, Sarah, Shannon Cunningham and 11 great grandchildren.
There will be a graveside service 2:00 P.M. Friday, January 6, 2023 at St. Joseph Cemetery in Paris.
Graveside service is under the direction of Roller Funeral Home Paris.
