Mr. Wayne Schnur, 83, of Mountain Home, Arkansas passed away December 25, 2022 at home. Born on February 2, 1939, in Chicago, Illinois to Arthur and Irma (Johnson) Schnur. He worked as a chemical analyst for Proctor & Gamble in Chicago for 30+ years, before retiring and moving to Hayward, Wisconsin, where he enjoyed fishing and working at his resort. In August of 1993, he moved to Mountain Home and in June of 1994 married Aileen Isaacson. He was a hard worker who enjoyed the outdoors, gardening, cooking, football, genealogy, building and fixing things, woodworking, and his dogs.
Wayne is survived by his wife; 2 sons: Steve (Deb) and Scott (Debby) Schnur; daughter: Sue Saunders (Randy); 5 grandchildren, and 5 great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents and sister: Marilyn Rank.
Services will be private.

Dear Aileen,
Thank you so much for letting me know. I’m so sorry to hear it. We were partners for many years in the P&G lab. He was a great guy to work with and an excellent trainer on the instruments I had to learn. I will keep him in my prayers. My best wishes to you in your new life in Texas.

Brad and I were very sad to hear about Wayne's passing. You and Wayne were so kind to us and have been such amazing listeners over the years. We will miss Wayne calling in and seeing him at remotes. I hope you are well and please know you and your family are in our thoughts and prayers.
