Glenn Thomas Richardson

of Sherwood, AR

September 26, 1950 - December 15, 2022

Glenn Thomas Richardson, age 72, of Sherwood, Arkansas passed from this life on Thursday, December 15th, 2022 at Lakewood Nursing and Rehab in North Little Rock. He was born in Marshall, Arkansas on September 26th, 1950 to Charles Clyde Richardson and Milladean Avilia Richardson.

Glenn was a member of the Apostolic Church in Bellefonte, Arkansas prior to moving to Sherwood. He then became a part of the First Pentecostal Church in Little Rock. He retired from Claridge Wood Products after 40 years of service. Glenn was a jack of all trades and loved to piddle. He was the family "fix-it" man. He enjoyed outside activities and especially liked riding the 4-wheeler. Glenn's family meant the world to him and spending time with his children and grandchildren brought him much joy.

Survivors include his wife of almost 51 years, Deanna Morrison Richardson of the home; two children, Grant Richardson and wife, Ashley of Sherwood and Jennifer Richardson of North Little Rock; grandchildren, Henry Richardson, Harper Richardson and Eleanor "Ellie" Richardson; siblings, Clyde Richardson of Leslie, Cecil Richardson of Bee Branch, Dorothy Jackson of Oxley and Louise Horton (Jerry) of Marshall and numerous nieces, nephews, extended family and friends who will also mourn his passing.

Glenn is preceded in death by his parents, Charles and Milladean Richardson and sister, Merlene Cathleen Jackson.

Funeral services for Glenn will be 2:00 PM Monday, December 19th, 2022 at Roller-Coffman Chapel in Marshall, Arkansas with Bro. Nathan Hargrave officiating. Visitation will be 1:00 till 2:00 PM preceding the service. Burial will be in Kuykendall Cemetery near Leslie. Friends and family will serve as bearers.

Glenn will be greatly missed by all of our family. My husband Ben spoke highly of Glenn and thought a lot of him in our time we lived near Glenn and Deanna at Valley Springs. Glenn was a faithful and devoted family man. He was a man that had a good report within and without, and was also a man that was favored and loved by both God and man. My prayers and thoughts will be with you Deanna and family.
