I was saddened to hear of Michael's passing. The few times I had spoken with him since high-school he told me of some things from his life and his love of the Lord and Penny were the top 2. I said before how much he loved you, Penny, and how amazing it must feel to be loved like that. He had a big heart for friends and family. Hold onto the feeling of being in his arms in a big hug. Let that feeling bring some comfort. I pray Jesus holds ya'll in love and comfort and you can have smiles through the tears and a few giggles to boot. God bless.

I met Mike through Penny and he was like a brother to me. Always concerned with everyone else, even if he wasn't feeling well. His smile and laugh could light up a room. Heaven gained a "gate keeper". He will be there greeting those that enter with that beautiful grin. I can hear his welcome home now. No more pain, just joyous celebration. We will all miss him but he was needed by God to do his work now and one day, I know I will see him again. I love you Mike and Penny.

Penny and Michael, I am so very sorry for your loss. Mike has been a great friend of mine for a very long time. When least expected, I would look up at a funeral of a family member and there he would be. I’m gonna miss all the funny videos and jokes he sent me. My prayers for comfort are with you and the rest of your family .
