Billie George Harper

August 17, 1931 - November 20, 2022

Billie West Harper, 91, passed away Sunday, November 20, 2022 in Greenwood, Mississippi. She lived in England, Arkansas most of her life and was a lifelong member of the Church of Christ.
Born on August 17, 1931, Billie was the last surviving child of Clyde and Opal West. She was preceded in death by her parents, and her siblings, Betty Havens, Helen Wood, Sonny West and Jimmy West. She is also preceded in death by her husband of 60 years, Oran Harper.
She is survived by her two daughters, Donna (Gary) Archer of Greenwood, Mississippi and Elizabeth (Greg) Smith of Little Rock, Arkansas. Four grandchildren, Marc (Laura Anne) Archer and Rosanne (Rich) Hodges of Greenwood, Mississippi, Franklin (Jessica) Lyons of Little Rock, Arkansas, Peyton (Loren) Lyons of Sherrill, Arkansas and Nine great-grandchildren.
Graveside services will be held at Mulberry Cemetery in England, Arkansas on Wednesday, November 23rd at 10:00 A. M.
Services are being held by Roller England Funeral Home (501) 842-3939. There will be no formal visitation. In Lieu of flowers, memorials may be sent to Church of Christ, 902 Clear Lake Rd., England, Arkansas 72046.
The family would like to thank Earnestine Greer and the staff of Indywood for their loving care of Bill Bill.

To all the family I so fondly remember your Mom. She was so beautiful and I always liked to be around her when we would visit the Morgans.
