Phyllis Joye Saucier, age 62, of Batesville, Arkansas passed away October 21, 2022.

She was born at the United States Air Force Base in West Point, New York on November 20, 1959. She was a longtime resident of the Woodlawn Nursing Home in Batesville.

She was preceded in death by her father, Kenneth J. Saucier; her mother, Allie Ellen Kunkel Saucier; a half brother, William Carroll Thompson and two brothers, Kenneth Neal Saucier and Hubert Wayne Saucier.

She is survived by one sister, Jo Ellen Elizabeth Saucier of Batesville, along with several nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.

Phyllis was a 1977 graduate of Evening Shade High School, where she went on to work at the Nursing Home in Ash Flat for many years. Phyllis fought a long, hard battle with Progressive Multiple Sclerosis until Our Lord decided to take her home. Phyllis was a kind soul who loved the old and sick. She will be missed by many.

No services are expected due to lack of family. In lieu of flowers, we ask that you help a disabled American Veteran or donate to the MS Foundation.
