Beverly Sue Cox, 64, of Egypt, passed away Monday, September 19, 2022 at her home. She was born April 5, 1958 to Charles and Mary Foley in Jonesboro. Beverly is retired from George W. Jackson as a social worker.

Preceding Beverly in death are her father and brothers, Jackie Ray Foley and Rickey Lynn Foley.

Survivors include her husband of forty-six years, Raymond Cox; mother, Mary Foley; sons, Preston Cox and Jesse Cox; daughter, Mary-Kate (Joe) Douthit; grandchildren, Cody Cox, Scott Cox, Lily Cox, Danial Cox, Andrew and Myah; brothers, Chuck Foley and Ronnie Foley and sister, Sharon Gilliam.

Graveside services will be Thursday, September 22 at Markham Cemetery at 2:00pm.

Arrangements are by Roller-Farmers Union Funeral Home.

She was not only my adopted mom but the only mom I knew growing up never thought she'd go so soon but I will tell my kids about the good times we had and how wonder of a person you are and never let the memories fade from my mind hope your singing among the angels. Love your son Joseph Clayton cox

Beverly was a good friend of mine. We had alot of very long talks. I knew she had health issues going on, but she was still too young to go. She will be missed. Love you Bev! Prayers to her family during this time.

Her son Jesse cox is a really good friend of mine and I met his mom a couple of times and she seemed to be a really nice woman my prayer go out to all the family I will not be able to make the service since I'm a truck driver and can't be there by tomorrow but I'm so sorry for yalls lose

I'm so sorry to hear of Beverlys passing. I know of some of her health struggles from working with her 2 offices down in Jonesboro. My heart & thoughts are with you at this time. Due to current health proble, I doubt I will be able to come to services.
