Vicki Lou Bull, a believer in Jesus Christ, went to be with the Lord on September 14th, 2O22 at the age of 70. She was born on March 12, I952 to Donover and Verna Bluhm in Stuttgart, Arkansas.
Vicki is preceded in death by her father. She is survived by her husband of 50 years Milton; her daughter, Amy Manning (David); her son, Jonathan Bull (Leah); five granddaughters, Annabelle and Hollyn Manning and Ellison, Caroline and Millie Bull; her mother, Verna; two sisters, Beverly Johnson (Wayne) and Brenda Wilhite (Randy); extended family and friends.
Vicki was a graduate of Stuttgart High School, attended Ouachita Baptist University and graduated with a BS in Education from UCA. She was a teacher at heart, teaching for over 20 years. Her family brought her great joy. She was a devoted wife and mother and took great pride in being Nana to her five granddaughters. She was a member of Central Baptist Church and was a faithful prayer warrior for her family and friends.
A Celebration of Life service will be held Saturday, September 17th at 1 pm at Central Baptist Church in Conway. Reverend Don Chandler and Reverend Brad Johnson will officiate the service, with a visitation immediately following. Her family would like to extend their appreciation and gratefulness to the staff at Salem Place Nursing, Dr. Lander Smith and Dr. Alex Freeman.
ln lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial to Central Baptist Church, 3333 Dave Ward Drive, Conway, AR72O34; Conway K-Life, 1800 Hillman Street, Conway 72O34 or Life Choices, PO Box L345, Conway, AR 72033.
Ms Vicki was a beautiful soul and a blessing to our lives when my children were little. Our hearts will forever hold a special place for Vicki.
So sorry to the family for the loss of a beautiful soul but we rejoice with in in knowing she is in her eternal place with our Heavenly Father.

I am so thankful that Vicki was my friend. I have such wonderful memories of this precious lady, beginning at Ida Burns Elementary School then our after retirement adventures together. She always added that spark of fun to everything we did. She was so proud of her granddaughters and her children. I will miss my friend.

Vicki was a special friend! I have so many fond memories working with her at Ida Burns! We retired together and became even better friends with lots of trips and adventures filled with fun and laughter! I loved her and will miss her greatly!
