Maxcine Iona (Harris) Tilley of Gassville, Arkansas passed from us. She was born December 21, 1926 in Sheridan Lake, Colorado to Lewis and Helen (Hoglund) Harris. In 1934 she graduated from Horace Mann School in Norfork, Arkansas. Maxcine married Frank Tilley October 6, 1944 and was blessed with 8 sons and 4 daughters. She was a member of the Midway Baptist Church. She enjoyed her family and friends, quilting, crocheting, embroidering, crafting, shopping, and flower gardening.
Maxcine is preceded in death by her parents, Lewis and Helen; 5 brothers and 3 sisters; her husband, Frank; 5 sons, Jim, Lewis, Beaver, Dale, and Bobby; 1 granddaughter, Heather Dean; 1 great-granddaughter, Frankie Lynn Tollen; 3 sons-in-law, Junior Trivitt, Otis Dean, and Dennis Farris; and 2 daughters-in-law, Caron Tilley and Marilyn Tilley.
She is survived by 1 sister, Viola Young of Nevada; 1 sister-in-law, Hazel (Climer) Harris of Mountain Home; 3 sons, Frank and his wife Hettie, Amon and his wife Kathy, and Lonnie and his wife Kathi; 4 daughters, Anita Trivitt, Lillie Dean, Irene (Tracy) Ferris, and Anna Tilley; 27 grandchildren, 61 great-grandchildren, and 10 great-great grandchildren; many nieces, nephews, cousins, and a host of close friends.
Burial will be at the Galatia Cemetery in Norfork, Arkansas with Roller Funeral Home assisting with the services.
Visitation will be Wednesday September 7, 2022 from 6-8 pm, Funeral service will be Thursday September 8, 2022. All services will be at Roller Funeral Home chapel in Mountain Home. Burial will follow in Galatia Cemetery in Norfork.

years at Midway Baptist Church. I always appreciated Maxine taking the effort
and time to attend my Mother's funeral.
