Alice has been a friend ever since we were kids growing up on “A†Street in Little Rock and I will surely miss our occasional phone conversations about “the good ole days.†Alice was like another sister back then. She will be missed.
I only met Ms. Alice a couple of times but I know her children and love them like my own siblings.

Thanks for all the kind words and fond memories from everyone who touched mommas life. We will truly miss her but will never forget her. We all have the freedom to live our lives as we choose, just because we may disagree with another persons choice do not let it stop you from expressing the love that you feel for that person regardless of any petty differences you may have. Alice Jane was a hard person but I love her and what I would give to have momma tell me one more time how I ( a 60 year old man) am supposed to mow the lawn ! Do the best you can with what you got ! Tell someone you LOVE them TODAY !!!!
I am so sorry to hear about Alice Jane. She was such a wonderful person. I loved her stories of her and mom growing up. May God bless you with peace and comfort.
Alice was always close to my mother and Dad. After they passed Alice and I spoke often. I will miss my cousin very much. My prayers go out to her family in the loss of Alice and her granddaughter in such a short amount of time.
Our condolences to your family on the passing of your momma. Alice was a beloved friend of our mom Barbara Jones-Miller, and a very special person in our lives growing up
in Kansas City. She is forever in our memories and hearts.
