I had the pleasure of knowing Betty when Alvin was at Elmcroft, where my mom also resided. Betty and I formed a bond in our desire to ensure our loved ones got the best care. That bond extended after Alvin passed away. She was a treasure and I'm blessed to have been her friend. Prayers for peace and comfort for her family.
My condolences to the family. We were work colleagues at the former Williams & Rosen Insurance Agency. Betty was the most gracious and intelligent person to work with. She always made the workplace light up when she arrived each morning. She remains in my memory as I always admired her.
So sorry to read about Betty Jo. We go back so far as our parents were friends before either of us were born. From Cabot days through all the years, we have stayed in touch. She was a special friend. My thoughts are with you.
Larry, Hanna and family, I am so sorry to read about Betty Jo. She certainly made her mark on this earth and I am blessed to have called her my friend. I could always count on her to remember things from way back when, when my memory would not! Thank you for sharing her with me, the Catholic Business Women, St Edward Mothers Sodality, Mt St Mary Academy and many ''retirees groups'' just to name a few organizations who loved her. May she rest in peace with her love, Alvin - she missed him tremendously.
