Larry was such a bright intelligent person--and I always enjoyed visiting with him and sharing our teacher stories. My sympathies to Jeremy and Jason and families. His life mattered to so many students and friends, and, as one in Christ, he continues to live on in the next eternal kingdom. We will rejoice together come Resurrection!

What a great educator and mentor our son, Justin Thompson, was blessed with in Mr. Robertson. He was such a kind man who had a rare gift of patience and genuine care for his teenage students.
I have no doubt that The Lord is smiling over him now as he is made whole in heaven and reunited with Maudie and all his loved ones.
Prayers for all his family

“I believe in the future of farming”…. Words I still remember today after 30 years of first sitting in his class. I had no idea that first ag class would shape the direction of my life!! Mr. Robertson was a positive influence to so many kids! Grateful to have been in his program and learn from such a fine man.

Condolences to the family, you all are in my thoughts and prayers.

Jeremy and Jason. I’m am so sorry for your loss. I have so many wonderful memories of working with Larry in the PALS program through Cabot Agriculture Program. We were so lucky to get to do training for other FFA groups around the nation. Also, hanging out with him and your mom during many bus rides to fairs and Kansas City. Some of my best memories of teaching were with your parents. I know your dad is out of pain and hugging your mom. My prayers are with you.

Larry was an outstanding human, one of the good guys. I have so enjoyed re-connecting with him during recent years. Often when I stopped by to visit him or take him on a ride we would trade school and family stories. His were always laced with compassion, kindness and empathy for all. He was a true servant always giving credit to God. He had plenty of health issues he could complain about but chose not to do so. Instead he always saw a blessing. His girlfriend of more than 50 years and the rest of his family was the highlight of his life. Thank you God for sharing this fine man with the rest of us!
So thankful we were cousins and good friends.
