Janie Sample Davidson Kourakis, 72, of Batesville passed away Friday, August 19, 2022.
She was born August 21, 1949 in Denmark, Arkansas to Alvie Sample and Helen Jane Hays.
Bethel was of the Baptist faith. She enjoyed singing karaoke, listening to Elvis and loved spending time with her family.
Survivors include her two daughters, Rhonda Lewis (Chris) of Salado and Tammy Hayes (Sonny) of Salado; nine grandchildren and twenty great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents and one grandchild, Bronson Scott.
Pallbearers are Michael Robertson, Cameron Scott, Justin Tosh, Josh Edwards, Logan Gleghorn and Andrew Scott.
Graveside services will begin at 10:00am Tuesday, August 23, 2022 at Egner Cemetery with Troy Sharp officiating.
Visitation will be held from 5:00-7:00pm Monday, August 22, 2022 at Roller-Crouch Funeral Home.
