Donald Tulloch, Jr., 83, of Little Rock died Friday, August 12, 2022. He was preceded in death by his parents, Lois Noyes Tulloch and Donald Tulloch, Sr. and a sister, April Tulloch.
Survivors include his wife, Charlotte Dowden Tulloch; son, Ron Tulloch (Pat); two grandsons; two granddaughters-in-law and five great-grandchildren. He is also survived by two sisters and several nieces and nephews.
Memorial service will be planned at a later date.

Don, it was my honor to know you. It seems like only yesterday, we were neighbors visiting and watching sports. And then I introduced you to Charlotte. I am so happy for the life and happiness you have had. Rest In Peace my friend. Sending prayers out to Charlotte and your family.
