Harry Lloyd Bickerton, 81, of Conway, Arkansas, formerly from Belle Vernon, PA passed away Monday, August 8, 2022, surrounded by his family and friends. He was born February 16, 1941 to the late Robert and Bettie Bickerton of Belle Vernon, PA.
Harry is survived by his wife of 58 years, Sandra Bickerton; his daughters, Rebecca Smith of Conway and Jennifer Castleberry and his son, Greg Castleberry both of Wooster; grandchildren, Jessica Daniel (Jason) of Bentonville, Spencer Castleberry (Alex) of Conway, Emily Steele (Alec) of Bentonville, Sarah Castleberry of Greenbrier and Austin Castleberry (Charis) of Conway; great-grandchildren, Hudson Daniel of Bentonville, Myles Johnson of Greenbrier, Paisley, Sadie, Caroline, Chloe and Aiden Castleberry all of Conway. Harry is also survived by sisters, Tara Bickerton of Bentonville, Cindy Pagano of Charleroi, PA, Aleen Pack of Perryopolis, PA and Beth Province of Bentonville.
Harry was a member of DeMolay, Masons and a 32nd degree Mason. He served in the US Navy aboard the aircraft carrier USS Randolph. He worked for Arkansas Power and Light where he retired after 27 years. After retirement, he opened up a gift shop in downtown Conway, called "The Yankee Peddler".
Harry was proud to serve his country, which he loved so much. He was a true Patriot. He was a member of Victory Baptist Church and he loved his church family dearly. Harry was most happy when spending time with his family and especially his beloved Maltipoo, Bella.
Visitation will be held Thursday, August 11, 2022 from 6:00pm to 8:00pm at Roller-McNutt Funeral Home in Conway. Funeral services will be held Friday, August 12 2022 at 2:00pm at Roller-McNutt Chapel in Conway. Interment to follow at Crestlawn Memorial Park, with the Reverends, Michael Himes and Dwain Minor officiating.
Serving as pallbearers will be; Greg Castleberry, Ryan Holcomb, Bobby Holcomb, Jason Daniel, Spencer Castleberry, Matthew Province, Alec Steele and Austin Castleberry. Honorary pallbearers are James Ross, Rick Sidebottom, Kurt Bekins and Gator Colter.

Remembering all the sweet memories of all the sleepovers, family fun, and chocolate gravy. I was taken in to this family as if it were my own. I love each and everyone one of you. Aunt Sandra, Rebecca, Jennifer, and family,
Kristie and I always looked forward to spending time with Uncle Harry. He could entertain you with his stories and his wisecracks, and you always felt like you were on the edge of getting into some sort of mischief. When he was among family, he loved to banter and keep the conversation lively (some might say ''uncomfortable''). He had a big heart, and when he laughed, he used his whole body, and it was impossible not to join in. We are praying for strength and guidance for all of you during this difficult time, but we hope you gain some comfort in knowing how much Uncle Harry was loved, and how much he meant to us. We will miss him, but trust that we will meet again in heaven. And every now and then, we may have to sneak off to the side to make each other crack up, as a lot of folks up there may not appreciate our humor.
