Donald married Cloma Faye (Gross) Strom on April 20, 1956 and built a life of memories over 64 years of marriage, that included his service in the United States Air Force, from 1954 until 1961 and six beautiful children.

He is survived by his devoted children, Dennis (Lisa) Strom, Venetia (Andrew) Halusek III, RaNell Maurice, Douglas (Michelle) Strom and Tracy (Timothy) Robinson; cherished grand children, Ashley (Dr. Jason) Bentow, Dustin (Lacy) Strom, Meagan (Alfredo) Reveles, Deidra Strom, Drew (Cassidy) Strom, Rachel Thompson, Devin Strom, Darren Strom, Courtney Thompson, Zachary Robinson, Kristopher Maurice, Adrienne (Justin) Brammeier, Kaci (Lance) Hannay, Dalton (Ally) Robinson, Linsey Maurice; adored great grand children, Cadin, Olivia, Ryleigh, Noah, Connor, Austin, Alexis, Kate, Lilliana, Dylan, Theo, Bailey, Isabella, Devyon, Blair, Grayson, Hudson and Wilder, along with many nieces, nephews and friends.

Besides serving his country, Donald was a devoted and loving husband to Cloma and Father to his children. He was also very devoted to God's Word through being a youth director and going to Baptist Bible College in Grand Rapids MI to become a Preacher and teach God's Word. He also was forever devoted to his home state football team the Green Bay Packers and loved being a football coach for a private school in Little Rock Arkansas.

His biggest love was enjoying time with his wife decorating cakes and helping her with hobbies they both enjoyed. Donald was a man of love and wisdom for those that needed him.

May he rest in peace and continue his new life in heaven praising our Father above.

Venetia and Dennis I am so sorry for your loss. My memories of your Dad when I was a teen were that of a strong, hard working, happy man, who was devoted to his faith and his family. He always made me feel at home and always treated me with the utmost respect when I was there. I lift you guys and your family up in prayer for comfort and strength in the coming days. I know Jesus received him with open arms.
