Mary Margaret Hires, 55, of Batesville passed away Monday, June 27, 2022.
Mary was born May 27, 1967 in Blytheville, Arkansas to Denzil Lee Griffin and Margaret (Demmitt) Griffin.
She was a Social Worker for the Arkansas Department of Human Services, a member of the West Baptist Church, an avid reader, loved watching movies, traveling and loved her family.
Survivors include husband of 21 years, Robert Hires of the home; a daughter, Katherine Hires of the home; her parents, Denzil and Margaret Griffin of Farmington; a brother, Denzil Griffin Jr. of Farmington; a sister, Melinda Rodgers and her husband Bobby, of Fayetteville and two nephews, Jake Rogers and Will Rogers.
Mary is preceded in death by her grandparents.
Services will be Thursday, June 30, 2022 at 10:00 a.m. at the West Baptist Church with Brother Corey Majors officiating.
Visitation will be one hour prior to service.
Burial will be Friday, July 1, 2022 at 12 noon at the Farmington Cemetery, Farmington, Arkansas.
