Dear Ray, Paul, Lan, Ann, Zoe and Amy,
I send you my deepest sympathy. I am just now reading that my beloved Illinois neighbor, family friend, lifelong friend has left us. I was thinking of her birthday and I should have known, when I did not receive a birthday card (as I have every year for Paul’s entire life, because we share the same birth date) that something was not right.

I was her neighbor and babysitter for Paul & Ann.
So many memories. I will miss stopping by to see her and Ray every time I come to Arkansas. I will also miss her Christmas card and letter.

She was such an beautiful soul and a faithful servant of God. I know she resides with the Angels in heaven now.
Love & Hugs. Marsha

My sincere condolences to Ann and her family. Your mom was wonderful to me and my girls. She helped me through some tough times. She helped me get my first teaching job. She made the BEST chocolate chip cookies. I will always remember her kindness and caring.

As with Sharon's comment above, that is where I had met Barbara too, in the Adoration Chapel. She had a way about her that reminded me of my own Mother, so I enjoyed her company very much.
I had missed her when things changed, when she wasn't coming in anymore.
Barbara had a wonderful spirit about her, very youthful and a bit mischievous, and always with a twinkle in her eye.
She passed away the same day as my Dad, yet years apart. I will always remember her with fondness, and I will be praying for her, and for her family. May her dear soul RIP.

My deepest condolences to the entire Jurkowski Family. Mrs. J was such a nice, giving and loving Wife/Mother/Grandmother and Friend. She was very accepting too and included me into her Family as one of her own. I was not realted-but she treated me as her son and I always thought of her as my "Second Mom". She will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her. Much love to you all at this time and always. David J Hoffmann

I met Barb when we shared an Adoration hour. I was so happy to share the hour with her. COVID changed everything for us. I am so sorry she has passed. May she rest in the peace of the Lord.
