Paula Ann "Blondie" Hammon, 57, of Jonesboro passed away Monday, June 13, 2022 at her home. She was born March 23, 1965 in East St. Louis, IL to Raymond and Polly (Clements) Smakowski. Paula was a health care giver.
Preceded in death by her parents and brother, Raymon Smakowski.
Survivors include her daughter, Donna Timmons of Bay; granddaughter, Harleigh Sanders of Bay; sisters, KimLarae (Jerry) Barton of Trumann, Paulette A. "Blackie" (David) Newberry; niece, Amber Powell and great nephew, Jackson Hogard of Jonesboro.
No services are planned at this time.
Arrangements are under the direction of Roller-Farmers Union Funeral Home.

Ok n dear friend. In heart of hearts mine broke when I found out.u were gone ,still remember our last phone talk things unspoken remain, we will see each other again I could never have asked for a better friend in u I think I wasn13 n u an Mike and ur brother n Blackie would head out .I was always there n you know me mom gave me ur letter u wrote me long time ago. I read it n remember riding around n seen the aircraft fight beside the car !it's been great this journey only reconvene s in our past because time stands still when you were always nice n love u always .
