James Dale Crenshaw, 63, passed away on Wednesday, June 1, 2022 in Bartlett, Tennessee.
James was born on March 6, 1959 to Jimmie Dale and Wilma Brawner Crenshaw in West Memphis, Arkansas.
After he graduated from Craigmont High School in Memphis, Tennessee, he attended Memphis State University. He went on to pursue successful careers as a travel agent, where he was the top seller in 18 states and Personnel Director for Baptist Hospital in Forrest City, Arkansas.
James lived his life to the absolute fullest through countless trips around the world, enjoying many friendships and purchasing collectibles. In his free time, he was a serious domino and chess player. He loved music and adored taking care of his many cats.
He was preceded in death by his father, Jimmie Dale Crenshaw; two sisters, Ina Scott and Cheryl Ann Caudle.
He is survived by his mother, Wilma B Crenshaw; two brothers, Dan McKenzie of California and Jerry Caudle of West Memphis; one niece, Tina Scott; one nephew, Stephen Scott and close friends, Linda Bickers and Carletta Alisha Wilson.
A Memorial Service will be held at a later date.

I am so heartbroken to just now hear about the passing of my dear friend of many years. Dale and I had many long conversations about things he always had some wisdom and knowledge to share and keep you enlightened. He will always be dear to my heart. R.I.P. til we meet again. I will miss you.

Dale always knew what to say to make everything alright. He was a tentative listener and always had something to bring to the table while sharing his theories and knowledge of life and science. I will miss our many heart to heart talks and always love him dearly. Rest In Peace Dale , I will see you again and God will wipe away our tears.💕🦋
