Sylvia is survived by her daughters, Kathy (Roger) Johnston, Debbie (Lloyd) Jackson, Robbi Gordon, Lyric Major, Monica (Gary) Dean, Chris (Brad) Larimer; and her sons, Larry (Marie) Loyd, Woody (Lorett) Herndon; along with her brother, Kenneth; sister, Helen and a host of grandchildren, nieces, nephews and friends. She was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church in Conway, Arkansas and will be greatly missed.

Visitation will be Thursday, May 26, 2022, from 6:00-8:00PM, at Roller-McNutt Funeral Home in Conway. A Mass of Christian Burial will be at 10:00AM on Friday, May 27, 2022 at St. Joseph Catholic Church, Conway with entombment to follow at St. Joseph Mausoleum.

I am so sorry for your loss. I met Sylvia many years ago when we helped a family from St. Joseph Church who was going through really hard times. She was such a giving person and so easy to become friends with and I loved her. Through the years, we would see one another at church or around Conway and always shared warm greetings and memories. I was in line with her just this Easter Season for Reconciliation. Again we shared friendly conversation, we were outside of Chapel waiting in line. I'm so sorry I missed her service, but will be praying for comfort and peace for your family. Friends in Christ, God Bless Helena Reynaud and husband, Denny

I will miss you forever but looking forward to our reunion some glorious day. Perhaps God has you playing the piano or accordion, with many gathered around to sing as you play as we did in Fort Atkinson, 🎶 Harbor Lights 🎶. I treasure the family history you put together, the “Muenchkin” book is awesome. Ever so grateful for the hospitality from you and Roy in 1990. RIH …Love Charlene

Sylvia touched so many through her life and made us all better. Family grounded her, the more made us all better. It’s to soon for us to say goodbye, but it’s comforting to know she’s back home and will always be with us. Thank you for your gift. Your spirit lives on.

Kathy and family:

I’m so sorry for your loss. Sylvia was such a wonderful soul and although I haven’t seen her in quite some time, I always enjoyed a short visit when I ran into her somewhere. She was my dad’s secretary for several years and he loved and respected her and enjoyed working with her at OES. My prayers are with all of you today and always.
