Ruby Nell (Clay) Barker 89, of Pangburn, went to be with the Lord on February 28, 2022. She was born to the late Emmet Greene Clay and Nora Elizabeth (Beals) Clay on December 22, 1932. Ruby had an impact on each person she met and will be missed greatly. Her memory will live on from here on out through her surviving family members. Ruby is survived by her sons Alford (Bud) Barker and one special daughter-in-law, Phyllis and Lester Howell; daughter Sarah Walker (James); 21 grandkids; and 30 great grand kids along many nieces, nephews and other extended family members and her church family. Out of all the precious memories of Ruby, the funniest and most memorable was the day she ended up rolling down a hill in her wheelchair.
