Mary Jane Adkins, 76, of Mountain Home, Arkansas passed away Wednesday January 26, 2022. She was born September 5, 1945 in Garfield, AR to Lafe and Elizabeth (Huffman) Maloney.
Mary married Mitchel Adkins on November 11, 1963. Through their 58 years together, Mary raised a family and was blessed with three grandchildren. She was a loving and caring mom, grandma and friend. Mary Jane enjoyed birdwatching, camping with friends and loved to visit the ocean. Mostly, she loved hearing about and spending time with her grandchildren.
Mary is survived by her husband, Mitchel Adkins, one daughter, Lisa (Ron) Barrett; three grandchildren Karli, Bella and Brayden; a brother Cisco Maloney and several nieces and nephews.
Mary is preceded in death by her parents, a son, Mark Adkins, 6 Brothers and 2 sisters.
A visitation will be at 1:00-2:00 p.m., on Monday, January 31, 2022 at Roller Funeral Home with the funeral to follow at 2:00 p.m. Interment will be at Baxter Memorial Gardens.

My heart goes out to Mitchel and Lisa and family in the loss of Mary Jane. She was my best friend and most caring person I've ever known. Heaven has gained a sweet lady and we have lost a great example of what a Christian should be. I will miss her.

Mitchell, Lisa and family. I am so sorry to hear about Mary Jane. She had the most beautiful smile. She and I had some good times over the past 50 years, lost touch after we moved but glad we reconnected on face book. She was so beautiful.

Mitch, my old classmate and friend, I'm very saddened to hear this news. I always enjoyed Mary Jane and our conversations at the reunions. She would always laugh when I called you by your nick name that I hung on you back in high school in Norfork.You take care of yourself and I'll be thinking of you all.
