David Carlton Wilkinson, 74, of Timbo, Arkansas passed away on Tuesday, January 25, 2022 at his home. David was born on April 17, 1947 in Fremont, Michigan to the late Duane Carlton and Alice (Howard) Wilkinson. David was a veteran of the United States Army and worked for many years as a painter. He will be greatly missed by all of his loving family and friends.
David is survived by his wife, Patty (Rockwell) Wilkinson; step-sons, Ray Morgan and wife Lisa and Matt Morgan and wife Shelia; daughters, Mel Kavalskis and Kristy Lee and husband Patrick; grandchildren, Ryan Kavalskis, Logan Kavalskis, Bladen Lee, and Zachary Lee; two step-grandchildren, Bailey Morgan and Kagen Morgan; sister-in-law, Linda Steinkuhler and a host of many extended family and friends.
David was preceded in death by his parents, Duane Carlton and Alice (Howard) Wilkinson; son-in-law, Joe Kavalskis; brother-in-law, Larry Rockwell, and sister-in-law, Frances Ranson.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, February 26, 2022 from 12:00-4:00 PM at the EHC Building at the Fairgrounds in Mountain View, Arkansas with Brother Phil Sutton officiating.
Roller Crouch Funeral Home in Mountain View, Arkansas is in charge of the arrangements.

Although time and distance pulled us apart more than I would have liked, I have and always will think of you as family and you will always be Papa Dave to my boys. Being a step-parent is not an easy task and I am sure I gave you a run for your money when I was a teenager. I look back on all the good times and good memories fondly. We could always find something that made us laugh. If I close my eyes, I can still feel those big hugs you always gave us whenever we came to the house to see you guys. You were always the person that put others first. On January 25, 2022, this world lost an amazing soul. I hope you are pain free and surrounded by love. I imagine you are hopping on your motorcycle and riding through the streets of heaven. I'm not going to say goodbye, that's way too permanent for me. Instead I will just say "see ya later" Dave.

How can I say goodbye to you my brother my friend you were a big part of our life for the past years always ready to be there when anyone needed help are a a shoulder are a big smile when we needed that too always ready to be my guinea pig when I made a new recipe and you always told the truth about it lol you will be missed daily until we meet again love you sweet man
