Dietra ''Deedy'' Bailey, 75, of Mountain View, Arkansas passed away on Saturday, January 22, 2022 at her home in Mountain View, Arkansas. Deedy was born on October 2, 1946 in Forrest City, Arkansas to the late Bake Long and Gerry (Bledsoe) Wims. Deedy worked for many years as a cosmetologist. Her hobbies included shopping, cooking, flower gardening, and spending time with her family. She will be greatly missed by all of her loving family and friends.
Deedy is survived by one son, Robert ''Dennis'' Bailey and wife Jayna; three daughters, Tammy Boyd and husband Pat, Allison Gunter and husband Terry, and Stacy Leubner and husband Richard; two sisters, Robbie Hutcherson and husband Terry and Sandy Beckes and husband Bob; grandchildren, Amber Pendergrass, Josh Bailey, Justin Bailey, Ryan Halbert, Tyler Hendrix, Bailey Aiken, Brent Stevens, Devin Leubner, and Collin Leubner; two great-grandchildren, Hunter Pendergrass and Ellie Pendergrass along with a host of many extended family and friends.
Deedy was preceded in death by her husband, Roy Bailey; mother Gerry Wims; father, Bake Long and a host of aunts and uncles.
Visitation is Monday, January 24, 2022 from 6:00-8:00 PM at Roller Crouch Chapel in Mountain View, Arkansas. Graveside services are Tuesday, January 25, 2022, 1:00 PM at Flatwoods Cemetery in Mountain View, Arkansas with her grandson, Ryan Halbert officiating.
Pallbearers are Devin Leubner (grandson), Brent Stevens (grandson), Justin Bailey (grandson), Dennis Bailey(son), Chris Hendrix (grandson-in-law), and Bob Beckes (brother-in-law).
The family request that anyone wanting to make a donation, donate to the Alzheimer's Association, 225 N. Michigan Avenue, Fl. 17, Chicago, Illinois 60601 in memory of Dietra ''Deedy'' Bailey.
Roller Crouch Funeral Home in Mountain View, Arkansas is in charge of the arrangements.

She was such a sweet lady. Loved her and Roy. Will always remember the many memories of the fish house show and all the yard sales we had at her house. Prayers for the family.
