Ginny was the sweetest, most stubborn, and ornery woman we ever knew. From being raised the oldest of three daughters and one older and younger brother, and began the mold forged ''Ginny Brock.'' Asa beaming bright teenager with an infectous smile and ''Huge'' glasses, she was a star. After completing high school, she went to Bethany Nazerene College for three years before she transferred to ASU in Jonesboro, Arkansas, where she received her Bachelors in Education. Ginny began her teaching at Wedlock Elementary School, where she stayed until she retired after 34 years. She had a very big heart for the kids and provided out of her own pocket for many of these kids with meals and school supplies and many times she was just someone who cared. The traits continued as she raised her nephew Jeremy and great nephew Brandon to be respectful young men. She loved you both to the fullest!!
Ginny left her mark on all of us. The mischievous way she could look at you and ask for something. Ginny is one of the few people I have cried for. We will miss you forever.
Virginia Ruth ''Ginny'' Brock was born on July 24, 1951 in Memphis, Tennessee. She passed from this life on January 18, 2022, in Southaven, Mississippi. She was preceded in death by her parents, Tonquion and Dorthy Brock and one nephew ''Peanut'' Renfroe.
Those left to cherish her memory are her brothers, Tonquion Brock (Christy) of Hot Springs, Arkansas, Charles Brock (Judy) of Atoke, Tennessee. She also leaves two sisters, Carol Renfroe (Kent) of Marion, Arkansas, and Katherine Armstrong (
Zurie) of Bebee, Arkansas. She also leaves behind her beloved nieces and nephews and lots of cousins, and her four-legged baby.
Also a big thank you to Donna and Tony Steward for being her wonderful and caring neighbors.

Carol, I am so sorry for your loss. Ginny was my very 1st friend in life. We were very young I don't really remember our age but it must have been about 6 or 7. I know that she's with Jesus now. Oh what a life!
I worked with her at Wedlock Elementary. She was very helpful during my first few years working in the West Memphis School District. My sincere condolences and prayers during this time.
