Rosa Bone of Sidney, Arkansas passed from this life, Friday, January 7, 2022 at the age of 94.
She was born June 4, 1927 to Claud Everett and Eva Catherine Green Owens of Guion, Arkansas. She was a homemaker and a lifetime member of the Ladies VFW Auxiliary at Evening Shade.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Rufus Bone; Brothers, Everett, Willie, and Sammie Owens; and one sister, Paulene Edwards.
She leaves behind many nephews, nieces, and friends.
A graveside service will be held at 2:00pm Thursday, January 13, 2022 at Big Spring Cemetery in Mt. Pleasant, Arkansas with John High officiating.
Visitation will be held from 12:00-1:00pm Thursday, January 13, 2022 at Roller-Crouch Funeral Home of Batesville.

When Melanie and I married in 2000 Rufus and Rosa gave us a very heavy cast iron skillet as a wedding gift. We use it all the time and when We do it is a great memory of Them. Rufus and Rosa were wonderful people.

Ms Rosa was a sweet lady. I've known her for many years, I would visit her a little at the Nursing Home. She will be missed by many . Rufus was a fine guy too.
