Preston Alexander Cunningham, 18, of Memphis, Tennessee, passed away on January 5, 2022 in Memphis, Tennessee.

Preston was born on May 12, 2003 to Heather Marie Edwards and Christopher Lee Cunningham in Memphis, Tennessee. After Preston graduated from Overton High School in 2021, he went on to work at Amazon and got accepted into Southwest Community College to start a degree path in logistics.

Preston loved sports, especially football and soccer. He spent most of his time trying to improve and be the very best at both. Any person who has met Preston notes how hard-working and dedicated he was to anything that he put his mind to. Preston had a special love for his family and close friends and was adamant about doing whatever for them. Preston had an extremely kind heart and always wore a smile on his face. Preston loved to be the center of attention of any room by making others laugh or smile. He will be deeply missed by his family, friends, and all that knew him.

Preston is survived by his mother Heather Marie Edwards, father Christopher Lee Cunningham, grandmother Constance Marie Bonina, grandparents Karen and Dan Cunningham, older sister Jasmine Marie Williamson, and younger sister Kayla Sue Cunningham.

Visitation for Preston is scheduled at 11 a.m. with a funeral service following at 12:00 p.m. on January 17 at Roller Citizen Funeral Home in West Memphis, Arkansas. Reverend Henderson Frazier will officiate.
