Kathryn S. Ballard, 92, of Jonesboro, passed away Friday, January 7,2022 at her home. She was born March 2, 1929 in Algo, AR. She worked for Frolic Footwear until her retirement. Kathryn was a long-time member of Strawfloor Baptist Church.
Kathryn was preceded in death by her parents, John and LeeAnna Rogers; husband, A. D. Ballard, Jr.: one sister, Dorothy Green of Jonesboro; and three brothers, Jimmy Rogers and J.R. Rogers, both of Michigan, and T.W. Wardlow of Senath, Missouri.
Survivors include her son, Larry Ballard; a daughter, Janice (Fred) Hargett; two grandsons, Fred Hargett, III and Andrew Hargett; a great grandson, Camp Hargett, all of Jonesboro; and a sister, Frances Wagner, of Grand Haven, Michigan.
Graveside service will be 11am, Monday, January 10, 2022 at Nettleton Cemetery.
No visitation is scheduled.
Arrangements under the care of Roller-Farmers Union Funeral Home.

I just want to tell you all I love you and think of all of you, my aunt Kathryn is my last aunt she will be deeply missed. She and Edith are going to have a lot to talk about. GOD bless them, we will see soon
