Lenora, I am so very sorry for your loss. Everybody that knew Burl loved him.
I worked with Burl for 35 years at POM Inc in Russellville. He was the supervisor of the paint department, and he was a very highly respected man. He always had a smile on his face and he loved to tease people, but he was also a very serious man when it came to his job. We could always depend on Burl! He never missed any days of work due to snow. In fact, I would ride with him when i was too scared to drive. He was truly a great person!
The service today was very good. I even got to see some old POM friends. You and your family are in my prayers. ❤️

I had the privilege of working with Burl for more than 20 years at POM.
I remember removing some tar off my brand new car, and messing up the paint on one door. I was devastated, so I asked Burls’ advice on what to do. He smiled, and assured me it could be remedied with a trick he knew. And it worked! Burl always had a solution to lifes’ problems, whether they were big or small.
He was such a gentle and loving soul, and I was very fond of him.
I’m so sorry for your loss. We will miss the sparkle in his eyes, and his heartwarming laugh.
I am praying the Lord will send his Angels down to wrap their wings around your family for comfort and support.

Aunt LaNora and family,

I have so many fond memories of summers spent with you & Uncle Burl. Memories of playing games & cards late into the night, the beautiful lighting bugs & crazy thunder storms, riding (and crashing) the motorcycles, Mt Magazine and swimming at Cove Lake to name a few.

Prayers for God’s perfect love, peace & comfort for all of the family. 💜

Carl (and family). I did not know Burl, but I know his son, Carl from our work together. I know Carl is a reflection of his father, and Carl has always been cheerful and patient, always willing to help and teach others, especially me. I'm sure Burl was an amazing man to have such a fine family. God bless and comfort you in this difficult time.
