Jacob Steve Starr, 40, of England, Arkansas went to be with the Lord December 10th, 2021. He was born in San Francisco, California January 14, 1981 to Steve Starr and Gayla Frazier Starr.
He is survived by his wife Melissa Starr; one daughter: Searah Starr; five stepchildren: Sabra, Katlin, Heather, Joshua and Jacob; three brothers: John Long, Miri Killion, and Micah Killion; three sisters: Nora Spaque, Nadine Roy, and Betty Jackson Calhoun; six grandchildren, and his nieces, nephews and extended family.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Jacob was of the Baptist faith. He drove for Keo Trucking.

Jacob told me he loved me more than anyone else in my life besides mom. I always immediately replied with "I love you too brother. He knows how much I love him. Hayden isn't taking this too well, but I will always remind Hayden about how Jacob drove to Houston to get us in the middle of the night because we became homeless. Because that's just the kind of thing Jacob did for everyone. I love you sir. We both love Lord Christ. You will never be forgotten.
