of Redfield, AR
August 16, 1961 - November 21, 2021
Cynthia ''Cindy'' Adams, 60, of Redfield, Arkansas, went to her Heavenly home on Sunday, November 21, 2021, surrounded by her family. She was born in Little Rock, Arkansas, on August 16, 1961, to Vernon Arnold and Nancy Jane DuMond.
Cindy lived a life with a servant's heart taking care of others. She was a registered nurse for close to 30 years. Cindy was such an important part of the community, well loved and respected. Her compassionate and full of life nature always drew people closer to her. She lived her life for the Lord and was always involved in the church she attended. Among her delights, she loved her chickens and had a special way with them. Family remained at the center of Cindy's heart, and she adored loving on her grandchildren. She will be missed dearly by all the hearts and lives her precious hands have touched.
She is survived by her husband of 39 years, Eddy Adams; sons, Jacob Adams (Brittney), and Lucas Adams (Malloree); one daughter, Emily Gilbreth (Scotty); grandchildren, Aiden, Kayn, Luke, Dean, and Norah; parents, Vernon and Nancy DuMond; brother, Sid DuMond (Donna); and her loving and loyal dog, Pete.
Services will be held on Saturday, November 27, at 11:00 A.M., at Orion Missionary Baptist Church in Redfield, Arkansas. A visitation will be held one hour prior at 10:00 A.M.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made in Cindy's honor to:

Cindy was one of my favorite nurses to work with. We had many conversations about the Bible. She had such a loving heart. She will be missed. I’m honored that she named a chicken after me. Love and prayers to the family. Liz

Eddy and family,
Bruce and I are very sadden to hear of Cindy's passing. Our loss and God got a beautiful Angel. Cindy , you and family are beautiful people. May God wrap you all in his arms and comfort you during this sad time. We love ya'll. Bruce n Linda Singley
As much as I know Cindy loved our little chapel, we loved the times she would visit even more. The stories, the laughter and often time the tears shared in the few years we got to know her, will always hold a place in our hearts, and will be etched in the history of Grace Chapel. It is often said "if walls could talk, The stories they could tell"... our chapel doesn't yet have many stories but it is an honor to know that our sweet Cindy will forever be one of those stories. Until we meet again!!!

Cindy was such a blessing to me when my mother was put on hospice. I do not have the words to express how much help and peace she gave me at the worst time of my life. I pray Gods peace and love on her family.
Sending prayers and my deepest sympathy to all of Cindy’s family. It was an honor to know her and am so saddened by her passing. She had a remarkable career caring for others and is highly respected and commended for her servitude. God bless.

You are in our thoughts and prayers.
Cindy was wonderful to work with; always had a helping hand… and at times a little jokester with the help of others. Those nights working with her were the best. My heart is truly broken and has a big void in it. Praying God wraps His arms around Cindy’s family and gives them comfort. Our loss is Heaven’s gain. Love you Cindy.
Cindy was an amazing woman. I worked with her in my first nursing job at Baptist Health. She was one of my role models and a great friend. I was able to work with her again when she was working with hospice and giving so much of her self to her patients and families. She touched so many lives. She will be missed by many. Prayers sent for her family.
She was such a kind soul. Thoughts and prayers for the family
Sending prayers for the family and friends of Cindy. She was truly an amazing Christian friend to many people. Cindy and I had many fun afternoons as high school friends. God be with each of us during the loss of such a sweet person but knowing she was heaven bound makes it easier to say Good bye and see ya again someday!
I worked with my sweet friend, Cindy, for years in ICU at Baptist Spring Hill in North Little Rock. Her sweet & kind heart â™¥ï¸ won her patients, families, and her coworkers to her side. I so loved listening & seeing pictures of her family and her chickens and I so loved My friend Cindy. She was certainly in the right field of helping others. Wonderful Person, Wonderful Christian and Wonderful Nurse with a Beautiful Heart â¤ï¸. Cheryl
