Judy Hunter, 81, a resident of Paris, passed away Wednesday, November 17, 2021, at her home.
She was born March 7, 1940, in Alameda, California to the late Larue and Agnes Croop. Judy married Jimmie Hunter on March 8, 1956, in Reno, Nevada. She had many hobbies including going to yard sales and weekly breakfasts with ''The Girls.''
In addition to her parents, Judy was preceded in death by a son, Brian Hunter, a daughter, Deborah Valdez and a brother, Danny Croop.
Survivors include her husband of 65 years, Jimmie Hunter of Paris; two sons, Jimmie Hunter, Jr. of Lodi, California and Timmie Hunter of Sierra Vista, Arizona; eleven grandchildren; numerous great grandchildren and two sisters, Donna Griggs at Fort Worth, Texas and Susan Beyer of Nashville, Tennessee.
Cremation arrangements are private under the direction of Roller Funeral Home in Paris.

Judy will surely be missed. Got acquainted with Jim and Judy on a Saturday morning eating breakfast at the Grapevine and would see them just about every Saturday after that. She was such a beautiful sweet lady and our prayers go out to this family

Our thoughts and prayers are with all of the family. Always loved listening to her and Jim’s stories they told together. We were very blessed to have such a wonderful lady in our family. She will be missed dearly but we have comfort knowing she is with Brian and Debbie once again.
