Ronald Harold Henderson of Texarkana, Texas was born May 17, 1945 in Texarkana, Texas and passed away peacefully on Tuesday, November 16, 2021, in Little Rock, Arkansas at the age of 76. He is preceded in death by the love of his life and wife of 54 years, Betty Jo Henderson and his parents, Floyd Fay Henderson and Velma Pauline Cornett.

Ronald was a kind, thoughtful and hard-working man who will be greatly missed by all who knew him. He was a loving husband, father and amazing "Pop". Ronald was a master plumber and long-time business owner in Texarkana. He was also a Master Mason of The Grand Lodge of Texarkana, Arkansas. Ronald will be remembered for his devotion and care of his wife and family, intelligence, strength and ability to fix almost anything. He was a member of Cornerstone Baptist Church in Texarkana, Arkansas.

Left to cherish his memories are his adoring children, Todd Henderson (Nicole) of Texarkana, Texas, Melissa Davis of Texarkana, Arkansas and Amy Arnold (Neil) of Benton, Arkansas; eighteen grandchildren, five great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.

A celebration of Ronald's life will be held December 18 at 2 p.m. at Cornerstone Baptist Church in Texarkana, Arkansas with Pastor Todd Reed officiating. A private burial will be held at East Memorial Gardens in Texarkana, Arkansas. Arrangements are under the direction of Roller-Alcoa Funeral home in Benton, Arkansas.

Todd, Amy, Missy and family, so sorry for your loss. Ron was a great man and a living Pops to Cory. I still have a very fond memory of him holding Cory at my parents house . Love to you all!

I will definitely miss seeing Papa everyday at lunch to take out Tinker and make his lunch. I’ll miss his smile and his easy going ways. I know you’re up in heaven with Ganny watching over your family. Missing you dearly💜

I'm so sad to see this. He was an amazing boss and was so smart. He could fix anything. I think of him often. I hope he gives Jason and Mr Thomas Green big hugs. He will be missed by so many.

i will definitely miss seeing papa everyday, just being with him would make my whole day. i know he is in a wonderful place now with no pain anymore, and i know one day i will go see him again. i am very thankful he was able to stay with us for so long. he will be very missed, but i know ganny will be giving him hugs everyday for me 🤍
