Jesus Soto

of Marion, AR

January 5, 1941 - October 28, 2021

Jesus Soto, born on January 5th, 1941 to Vicente Soto and Ygnasia (Pruneda) Soto in Alice TX. Jesus had 8 siblings: Lupe, Vicente Jr, Felipe, Mario, Herminia, Maria, Jose, and Aurora

Jesus had one daughter and one son: Adan and Eva. He celebrated his life with four grandchildren: Adan, Eva, Lorenzo, and Javier. Jesus had 3 great grandchildren: Marisol, Gabriel, and Vicente. Lastly, Mr. Soto was ''Uncle Jesse'' to numerous nieces and nephews.

He had a passion for Mexican music. Jesus enjoyed listening to music while with his family, who he loved so much. He could always be found at a handful of golf courses, where he played with his brothers and friends.

As a young man he was a migrant worker. He then worked at Boise Cascade where he was a forklift driver for 40 years.

Jesus was a member of St. Michael's Catholic Church, joining family and friends.

His beautiful life will be remembered through his family, as he is reunited with his family who have passed before him. Jesus was called to the Lord on October 28th, 2021 at the age of 80

Me. Soto was so friendly and helpful to my Mama who lived a couple of doors down from him, and also to me after Mama went to heaven. He was so kind and friendly. He waved big from his porch every time I saw him. I'm praying for prayers of comfort for all his family and friends.

Uncle Jesse, I'll always miss your sweet face, and dancing with you! You were the jokester of the family, and you always kept everyone laughing, and that's one of the things that I'll miss the most! You showed us what family truly meant, and for that, we will always be grateful... I love you tio, and you'll forever live on! ❤️
